    To whom it may concern,

    I am a regular customer at the bush in Wendy’s, however fear that my loyalty to your store has been put in jeopardy. After ordering a drink and not being satisfied with it, I asked the attendant (Ken) why my drink is so runny compared to the prior times I had visited. He continued to argue with me that this is the way they are made regardless of it being exactly the same as a milkshake yet charged as a thick shake. I proceeded to say that this is not the same as the other times I had ordered the same drink, to which an extra attendant that was on started rolling her eyes and argued that its due to the machines being incapable of making them. Both were incredibly rude and disrespectful and I feel that this has made me resilient to buying from you again due to the uncomfortable position that I had been placed in. I asked for the managers number to which Ken rudely replied that he was the manager. I asked for the owners number and he alleged to being the owner also. I work in customer services as a manager and I do not believe that, even at the lowest levels, any customer deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful and uncooperative manner.
