Le Pot-Au-Feu is a small, French Restaurant with a warm romantic atmosphere in the heart of Christchurch City, in New Zealand.
My name is Bono, I own and operate Le Pot-Au-Feu Restaurant and I serve fresh, classical French cuisine with Swiss influences.
I trained in Switzerland at the well known “Restaurant Steinegg” in Altendorf – CH; where apprentice chefs learn the history and recipes of the classic French cuisine. I have 16 years experience in my trade and I am lucky to do what I love every day of the week. Eight years ago I opened Le Pot-Au-Feu with a vision to serve fresh, classical French fare.
